We provide exhibition stall design, fabrication, custom kiosks and displays, MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences & Exhibitions) support, graphics design, and branding/printing services. All projects are undertaken based on a mutually agreed brief, timeline, and itemised quote.

03.Quotes and Pricing

• All quotes are itemised and valid for the period specified in the quotation document.
• Prices are subject to change based on material costs, design revisions, or scope changes requested after approval.
• A signed agreement or written confirmation is required before fabrication begins.

04.Payment Terms

• Payment terms (advance, milestone-based, or full payment) will be specified in the project agreement/invoice.
• Work will not commence, or may be paused, if agreed payment milestones are not met.

05.Design Approval and Revisions

• Clients will review and approve 3D concepts before fabrication begins.
• Reasonable design revisions are included as agreed in the project scope; additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges.
• Once a design is signed off, changes requested after fabrication has started may affect timeline and cost.

06.Timelines

• Project timelines are planned against the client's exhibition/show dates and communicated in advance.
• Delays caused by client-side approvals, incomplete information, or force majeure events (including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or government restrictions) are not the responsibility of Bizcartel India.

07.Installation and Site Conditions

• Installation is carried out by our team or authorised representatives, subject to the exhibition venue's rules and access windows.
• Bizcartel India is not liable for delays or issues arising from venue restrictions, third-party vendor failures, or conditions outside our control.

08.Intellectual Property

• Design concepts created by Bizcartel India remain our intellectual property until full payment is received.
• Clients may not reproduce, reuse, or share design concepts with third parties (including competing vendors) without written consent.

09.Limitation of Liability

Bizcartel India is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to loss of business, loss of exhibition opportunity, or reputational harm, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.

10.Cancellations

Cancellation terms, including any applicable charges for design or fabrication work already completed, will be specified in the project agreement.

11.Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Faridabad, Haryana.
